Madison Elle Beer, a Long Island, New York resident, was a music lover and experimenter since she was 10 years old. In 2012, Madison Elle Beer posted videos of herself singing covers of well-known songs. Justin Bieber, the pop idol, spotted her cover of Etta Jam's "At Last", and shared the song with his more than 25 million Twitter followers. The publicity that ensued led her to a record deal with Island Records and a management arrangement with Bieber's manager next year. Beer was also offered a minor part in Louder Than Words, starring David Duchovny, and it was screened at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. Beer's first single with the melismatic and poppy "Melodies", was released in the latter part of 2013. In 2018 she released her own debut EP, "As She Pleases". "Home with You" reached the Top 30 in Norway while it smashed half the Billboard 200. Beer also released the single "Hurts Like Hell", with Offset in the same year.
